Dungyibme
Kundjey'mi Country, Northern Territory
Bininj Kunwok is an Australian Aboriginal language which includes six dialects: Kunwinjku, Kuninjku, Kundjeyhmi, Manyallaluk Mayali, Kundedjnjenghmi, and two varieties of Kune.
In Biniji Kunwok, the phrase dungyibme refers to the setting of the sun. The colours in this image remind me of the setting sun, with the rich oranges and yellows metaphorically setting over rolling hills.
Smaller details are evident in the image, including smaller tracks in the mud, crocodile slides and small birds.
